Ryan performed a foot wash for me that was an illuminating experience. There was a collection of energy that pooled in my soles that he was able to release that felt like an energetic blister, cyst, or pimple that he was able to empty. When you carry that unnecessary errant energy for too long, it is easy to forget that it doesn't belong to you and that it needs to be purged from the system.
