Each of us has a dream within that we hold so dear it is hard to talk about. In sessions we explore what that Dream is for you, the Discipline needed to make it real, and the Devotion to balance them both. Potential tools include, meditation practices, mantras, Mindsight transitions, and Self-Ownership. I specialize in bridging the divide between spirituality and practicality. Our practices are only as useful as we allow them to be. This service is offered in person at Earth and Soul on North Main Street in Sand Springs Oklahoma, or online.
