Each of us have power centers (chakras) throuhgout the body that facilitate and house our energy. These centers need maintaining in the same way we brush our teeth, comb our hair, or shower. In session we will cover healings and practices for spirutal and energetic hygiene.
House Cleanse
In the same way the body and spirit can accumulate trauma and areas of stagnation, So too do our homes. The intention here is to allow the energies, thoughts, habits and behaviors that no longer serve you to leave or integrate. We accomplish this with the use of, mantra, crystals, burning sage, song and dance.
